RESPONSIBILITY
The event is covered with a Civil Responsibility Insurance and an Accident Insurance for all swimmers participating and volunteers of the event.
The day the race numbers are given, all swimmers must sign in the Responsibility of Exoneration by the Organization. Participants registered understand that they participate voluntarily and by their own responsibility in the competition.
The Organizer does not assume responsibility over health risks on the participant related to this event. The participant is aware that participation in this race entails risks and has conveniently been informed by the organization. The participant assures and declares being in agreement with his/her own responsibility of declaring himself/herself healthy enough and in condition of participating without reserve in this event.
In consequence, exonerate, renounce, dismiss and convey in not law suiting the organizing entity, partnerships, sponsors and other participants.
CANCELLATIONS:
Registration implies slot reservation.
CANCELING POLICY:
- Before 1st of July, 80% refund. (85 euros)
- From 1st of July no refunds will be made
- Any request for refund must be made by email to info@desafioislascies.com
- Entries cannot be transferred
The Organization reserves their right of admission and refusal.
